Delivery Information

We offer free delivery around the Canberra & Queanbeyan area only.

To qualify for the free delivery as follow;

* Payments must be received (excluding account holders);

* Valid delivery details must be provided;

* To ensure a same day delivery all orders must be in before 11am any orders placed after 11am will be delivered AM the next business day;

* All goods ordered must be available in stock;

* All delivery sites must have a designated area with clear access for the delivery truck;

*Carrying of materials over long distances or over obstacles needs to be avoided to ensure the safety of our drivers and to spend minimal time on site;

* Any deliveries out of the Canberra & Queanbeyan area there will be a delivery charge and any delivery sites that will be difficult to access please ensure to contact one of our friendly sales member to discuss delivery charges and site access before placing an order online.
