Ern Smith Building Supplies - Win Tickets to the 2012 NRL Grand Final

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

  1. To enter the competition, entrants must make an online order through the Ern Smith Building Supplies Web Site. www.ernsmith.com.au
  2. Each entry must be a minimum spend of $500. Payment must be made at time of placed order.
  3. Entry is submitted once payment is made at time order is placed
  4. The Invoice number is classified as 1 entry form
  5. Multiple entries per person will be accepted.
  6. Ern Smith Building Supplies staff & their families are ineligible to enter. For the purposes of the competition, "families" shall be deemed to include mother, father, son, daughter, brother, sister, husband, wife, de facto husband/wife, and step children.
  7. The prize package includes - 2 tickets to attend 2012 NRL Grand Final Sunday 30th September. *Tickets Only*
  8. The Total prize value is $250 (Including GST)
  9. If for reasons outside of the control of the ticket provider (WIN Television) the NRL Grand Final Tickets become unavailable, they will provide another ticket option to an equal or greater value.
  10. This competition commences at Midnight (AESDT) on Sunday 3rd June 2012 and closes at 12am Midnight (AESDT) Wednesday 19th September 2012 (Inclusive)
  11. Prize to be drawn at 9am on Thursday 20th September 2012. Draw will take place at Ern Smith Building supplies 13 Sheppard St Hume ACT 2602.
  12. Winner will be notified in writing and by telephone call on Thursday 20th September 2012 and name will be published on the web site - www.ernsmith.com.au on Thursday 20th September 2012. If winner is unable to be contacted or for some reason does not take the prize a re draw will take place at the same time and same address as the original draw on Friday 21st September, the re draw winner (if any) will be notified in writing and by telephone on Friday 21st September 2012. The re drawn winner will be published on the web site - www.ernsmith.com.au on Friday 21st September 2012.
  13. By entering this competition, entrants agree to be bound to these terms & conditions.

  15. Upon receipt of entries, the entrants irrevocably consent to the promoters publishing the entrants and entries names in the Canberra Times newspaper
