Delivery & Returns Policy

Delivery Terms

We deliver during operating hours - 7:00am until 4:30pm Monday to Friday. 

By placing an order for delivery, you are agreeing to allow 2-3 business days from the day you place the order to be delivered to your site.

Sheets like plasterboard, villa board or fibre cement sheeting that is 3600x1200 and over must have someone on site to help unload.

Delivery Fees

Our delivery fees are: 

Delivery via ACT region (Which would be ACT, Queanbeyan & Bungendore): $82.50+gst

Outside of this we can estimate the hours for delivery at a rate of $130+gst per hour.

We supply an estimated time frame only.      

Claims and Returns

A Customer will be deemed to have accepted goods received by it as being in accordance with its order unless it notifies the Company in writing of its claim within 7 days from the date of receipt of the goods.

No return of allegedly defective or faulty goods will be accepted by the Company unless the Company has given prior written authorisation to the Customer for the return of the qoods.

No returns will be accepted after 7 days have passed from the date of order.

Non-stocked item's that have been ordered in are not returnable unless deemed to be defective

lf the Company consents to the return of the goods either within the initial 7 day period or in the case of deemed faulty or defective goods, the Customer must:

(a) provide the Company with a written statement setting out the reasons for the goods' return;

(b) provide details of the original Tax lnvoice number and the date of the delivery of the goods;

(c) provide a copy of the receipt or delivery docket relating to the goods sold;

(d) return the goods in their original condition as at the time of their sale;

Exclusions For Returns

As below are the exclusions that we cannot offer a refund or exchange on:

*Non Stock Items

* Plasterboard Sheets and Cornice
