Delivery & Returns Policy
Please note we are closed over the Christmas break from the 23rd December 2020 and will reopen on Monday 4th January 2021. All orders must be received by Sunday 20th December 2020 to ensure delivery before Christmas closure dates. All orders placed after this date will be delivered in the new year.
We deliver during operating hours - 7:00am until 4:00pm Monday to Friday.
Typically we aim to make your delivery within 48 hours of order being
placed however sometimes due to external circumstances this could be 2
working days.
Things like wet weather, the first day following a public holiday weekend ETC.
Delivery Fees
Our delivery fees are:
We provide delivery for a flat fee of $45 plus GST for orders that are to local address's.
We cannot give times for delivery's and or call prior to leaving for a delivery.
We supply an estimated time frame only.
There a too many variable throughout the day to be able to give specific time frames.
Delivery is to the curb only, we utilize Hi-Ab's for the delivery's and they are only able to place good's within the reach of the truck.
So if a truck cannot get to the location were the material is desired to be delivered, we will endeavour to place it as close as both safe and practical.
For pensioners, law enforcement, emergency workers (including volunteers) or shift-workers, send us a quick email, we maybe able to wave any delivery fee's.
Regional Delivery: We charge a fee of $75.00 plus GST per hour, calculated from the time we leave our warehouse at Hume, until we return to the warehouse.
We can estimate the cost of delivery based on the Google maps estimated drive times, allowing for sometime to do the delivery upon arrival.
*Local Delivery
Local delivery is qualified by any suburb in the ACT or Queanbeyan.
This extends to Hall to the North West,
Banks to the South,
Queanbeyan to the East and
Molonglo suburbs to the East.

- Out of state / regional area pricing / quotes
- Stock liquidations
- Non warranted stock sales / auction condition pricing
- Obvious commercially non viable quotes, IE: unscrupulous behavior not in the generally accepted parameters of typical business practice.
7. Claims and Returns
7.1 A Customer will be deemed to have accepted goods received by it as being in accordance with its order unless it notifies the Company in writing of its claim within 7 days from the date of receipt of the goods.
7.2 No return of allegedly defective or faulty goods will be accepted by the Company unless the Company has given prior written authorisation to the Customer for the return of the qoods.
7.3 No returns will be accepted after 7 days have passed from the date of order.
7.4 Non-stocked item's that have been ordered in are not returnable unless deemed to be defective
7.5 lf the Company consents to the return of the goods either within the initial 7 day period on in the case of deemed faulty or defective goods, the Customer must:
(a) provide the Company with a written statement setting out the reasons for the goods'return;
(b) provide details of the original Tax lnvoice number and the date of the delivery of the goods;
(c) provide a copy of the receipt or delivery docket relating to the goods sold;
(d) return the goods in their original condition as at the time of their sale;
(e) pay to the Company an administrative handling charge of determined by the Company from time to time for the Company's processing costs associated with the return of the goods.
Exclusions For Returns
As below are the exclusions that we cannot offer a refund or exchange on:
